Raised in South Carolina, Rob Allen moved to Chattanooga, TN in 1999 and spent five years working with one of the most progressive benefit firms in the Southeast. When that firm sold in 2005, he brought that expertise back to South Carolina where he served with a regional bank-based benefit shop. Those strategies he learned for serving clients well in Chattanooga were an instant success in the Carolinas.

After five years of leading by example with the bank (including one year as Top Producer), Rob realized he could focus his efforts and serve fewer clients more thoroughly if he started his own firm.
